Now that I have read a couple of #DCC modules: They contain great ideas and scenes but most of them are just one huge linear railroad. Which might be fine if you are doing one shots but during campaign play? IDK. Maybe I should run a couple games to find out.

@ckeen Funnels are usually very linear, some other DCC modules, too - but since there is a LOT of them, there are exploration-heavy adventures, too. The Lankhmar modules tend to have more urban exploration and a less of a focus on dungeons.

@moonmoth Those are still on my stack. I have started reading through my pile of DCC bundles from last year. And I have meant higher level adventures explicitly. I would not expect funnels to be something else than... a funnel...

@moonmoth That's what my hunch is too. For players it probably does not make a lot of difference... Except for my main group that is used to a very open sandbox style maybe
